Hang on for a minute...we're trying to find some more stories you might like.

Are you someone trying to find an alternative meal replacement that is quick, healthy and easy? Are you an athlete looking for a place to bond with your team? Or do you have a sweet tooth, but are trying to eat healthy? Well, I have the perfect place for you.

Fit Revolution, located on 26th and Minnesota, offer their customers a variety of delicious shakes, ranging from fruity to chocolatey goodness. Before you get your shake, you get to choose what kind of tea you want, which gives you energy for the day. There are also
energy bombs that you can purchase separately if you are looking for extra

The best part about all this is these shakes are good for you! Most of the shakes range anywhere from 200 to 290 calories.

You are probably wondering, how can a shake be good for you, right? Well, Jodi Forde, owner of Fit Revolution, has a few words to say about it.

“Our shakes are a quick, easy and healthy meal replacement,” said Forde. “They have all the vitamins and minerals that one needs in a full meal. Also, we serve our customers tea before their shake, which is great for energy throughout the day and provides antioxidants.”

Not only does Fit Rev offer shakes, but they also offer a handful of other activities and fun. Sport teams can come in with their teammates and get some quality bonding in while drinking a shake and listening to music. Fit Rev also offers challenges and parties that you can participate in. Starting next month, they will start doing yoga next door, too.

Shakes start at seven dollars, but prices may vary if you add chunks or order a special shake. The price of the shake may seem a little spendy, but when you take in consideration that you get a full meal, plus a tea, the money is worth it.

If you are still undecided if you want to try this place out, do not hesitate because your first shake is free.
