The business boom

With the Sioux Falls population just over 200,000 people, there is new demand for new businesses. The Sioux Falls area is preparing to welcome multiple new businesses. Here are just a few:  

 

PARLOUR Ice Cream House – Chef Chris Hanmer, the owner of CH Patisserie, is opening a modern ice cream shop downtown in the early summer of 2018.

 

Athleta – This yoga and athletic clothing chain is coming to the Empire Mall; The chain of stores is owned by Gap Inc. T.B.A.

 

Lululemon – They are opening a pop-up shop for the holiday season but will then open a local store after that in the Empire Mall. Lululemon carries a variety of athletic and yoga clothing.

 

Home Goods – Owned by TJ Maxx, this chain store carries house accessories. Sioux Falls will welcome this business Oct. 19, 2017.

 

CyroRev Cryotherapy – Cryotherapy is the use of light or freezing temperatures to reduce body pains. This business is expected to open shortly in the Sioux Falls area. T.B.A.

 

Many Sioux Falls go’ers are very excited to welcome these new businesses, and are excited to see what other stores present themselves.
