1.) What activities/functions did you participate in at LHS?
Theater, band, and volleyball
2.) Do you still participate in any of these activities? (If yes which ones and how so)?
I am involved in theater when I can. If I cannot be in a play, I still attend shows.
3.) Is there an activity/function that exists now that you wish you could have participated in?
Book club would have been amazing when I was in high school.
4.) What is the most memorable moment from your high school years?
Traveling in the marching band to perform in the Rose Bowl Parade.

2008
6.) What has changed the most at school from when you graduated to now?
Technology! We never had chromebooks or google classroom. And we certainly did not have our phones with us every minute.
7.) Which subject/teacher had the biggest impact on your life?
Definitely my English classes. I got to experience so many different genres during high school, and it was my first experience doing in-depth literary analysis. I had always been an avid reader, but I discovered a deep love for analysis. It shaped my life and my career
8.) Did you ever think you would come back to LHS as a teacher?
Never! I was on track to be a college professor, but the universe sent me a sign. Coming back was the best decision I ever made.
9.) What was your favorite thing about being a student at LHS?
The camaraderie. The people I spent all my time with in extracurriculars were very supportive. We became family.
10.) What is your favorite thing about being a teacher at LHS?
I get to spend my day teaching my favorite subject to amazing students.
