A gray suede wedge bootie in a style that can be worn for multiple occasions.

Why do (or don’t) you friend former students on Facebook?

I don’t have a Facebook account. Twitter is my social media platform of choice, where I can expand my PLN (Professional Learning Network), reflect on my practice and gain ideas to improve my classroom.

What tests your patience as a teacher?

Students who are too concerned about the grade and the number of points an assignment is worth. To me, learning is about the practice, the experience, the willingness to take risks and try something new, not the grade.

What’s a fashion choice you regrettably took part in?

A western-wear phase: colored Rockie jeans, button-up shirts and Ropers.
