Make no mistake, senior Jared Rundell is not afraid of the unknown. No matter the concept he has been challenged with, Rundell will find the beauty within the chaos.
“My inspiration comes from the people I take pictures of or from myself,” said Rundell. “I love hearing what people want me to take pictures of and I love trying to come up with crazy ideas that I haven’t tried before. New experiences really drive me.”
Without a set approach weighing him down, Rundell has had the opportunities to experiment with different themes in his work.
“I’m not really sure what my style is, but the art I like to create is old fashion film photography looking pieces. I just love the old style,” said Rundell. “I’m not really sure if I have a favorite [image], but the ones I love the most are the ones that let me express myself on a level that describes who I am.”
With self-expression driving his art, Rundell continues to show the world his true colors in each shot.
