October Students of the Month

Grade 12 “My favorite subject in school is math because it has a finite answer and it is just more fun than everything else.” “Hopefully in school and going into medical school or machine repair.”

Grade 9 “My favorite subject is Math because I like working with numbers.” “In five years, I see myself in college, and I want to become an orthodontist.” 

Grade 9 “My favorite subject is World Geography because I like learning about what is going on in the world.” “I am not sure what I will study yet, but I see myself in college studying.”

Grade 10 “I like English because it allows you to express yourself.” “I see myself going to college and studying. I will probably study something in journalism or english.”

Grade 9 “I like Math because I enjoy it the most.” “I see myself going to college, but I am not sure what I am going to study.”  

Grade 12 “I like Math because it is closely related to what I want to do in college.” “I want to go to college and become an engineer.”

Grade 10  “My favorite subject is Home Maintenance because I get to learn stuff about things I can do around the house, and so I do not have to spend money when I do not have to and I can do it myself.” “Almost finishing college and getting ready to go get a job out in the real world.”

Grade 10 “I like Physics because Wells is fun.” “I see myself in college studying for a degree.”

Grade 11 “My favorite subject is Math because there is always one answer and there are multiple ways to find it.” “I see myself graduating college and getting a job that I enjoy.” 

Grade 9 “I like Biology because I like to study living things.” “I see myself hopefully going to college to get a medical degree.”

Grade 12 “I like Math because you only get one answer and it is either the right or wrong answer, there is no interpretation.” “I see myself hopefully graduating from college and then going to medical school.”

Grade 12 “Environmental Science is my favorite subject because of the countries we are learning about right now, and how their population is affecting the world.” “Hopefully being a bioengineer and helping out the world.” 

Grade 11 “Math is my favorite subject because it is easy and it doesn’t take much effort for me to get the answers.” “I see myself owning a small business and being an entrepreneur.”   

Grade 11 “Math is my favorite subject because I enjoy my teachers and I have a lot of fun with my friends in those classes.” “I see myself hopefully graduating college and going on to pursue a career.”  

Grade 10 “My favorite subject is Geography because my dad is a geography teacher, and I just love the subject.” “I want to go to college, but I am not sure what I want to study yet.”
