The secret is out and it has every girl cashing in their paychecks and heading out to the mall. The popular clothing company, Lululemon Athletica is officially coming to Sioux Falls, SD.

The Lululemon company has decided to open a temporary pop-up store in the Sioux Empire Mall during this upcoming holiday season. Soon after the pop-up store closes, the company will be opening a permanent store in the former location of Wet Seal. This will be the first time the retailer will be opening a location in SD. The closet Lululemon store to Sioux Falls is in Omaha, NE and many SD girls were traveling to shop. Many are saying it is beyond exciting to have the company move closer.

“I am so excited that we are getting a Lululemon, it’s literally all I wear,” says Caelyn Taylor. “I always have to drive like four hours just to get a new pair of leggings and I am so happy SD is getting one.”

Lululemon includes men, women and children athletic apparel, along with items for running, training and yoga. The store is most popular for their many different types of yoga pants, including pants with pockets. It is definitely known as the go-to store for athletic apparel.

“My favorite thing to wear from Lululemon is definitely either the Speed Up Tight leggings or the Run On Jogger,” says Taylor. “I would honestly wear them every day, all of Lululemon’s clothes are so comfortable.”

The holiday season is going to be a very busy time for the Sioux Empire Mall. The people of SD are ready to empty their pockets for Lululemon.
