Imagine a game where you never feel totally safe. A game where you are constantly looking over your shoulder. The game that I am describing is Fortnite. Fortnite is a co-op sandbox survival game. The game’s beta just released on all systems and was an instant hit.

The game begins with players dropping into a large open world map with many different houses and other buildings that players can loot. A player starts with absolutely nothing, and the goal is to build your inventory and outlast the other 99 players in the sever. Players can find various chests scattered across the map. A chest contains anything from guns to shield potions.

Online players can play with friends in squad mode or by themselves in solo mode. Another aspect of the game that makes it unique is player’s ability to gather resources and build.  For players building is very important. A simple wall for cover can be the difference between winning a game or taking second place.   

Another plus for the game is that it is completely free. Players on all systems can simple download the game and hop right online.

Overall, Fortnite has many of the characteristics of a great game. It is action packed, has good graphics, and players never get tired of playing it. With each new game comes a new adventure. I would highly recommend getting Fornite. I would also recommend that you play with friends, it brings an entire new aspect of fun to the game.
