After 14 years “The Incredibles” will return, but according to the new trailer, not the way we expect it. It is shown that we pick up right where we left off in the first movie, leaving all the kids the same age. Same characters, but in this trailer, it explains an entirely new plot.

In “Incredibles 2,” Helen, who is the mother, is called by a businessman with an amazing campaign to bring Supers back. While it is shown that she accepts the job, the trailer displays that Bob navigates the everyday heroics of a “normal” life as a stay at home father with Violet, Dash and their baby Jack-Jack whose superpowers seem to be almost anything.

At some point, the good guys always seem to have a bad. Someone soon derails their mission causing them to have to create a new one. Destroying the unknown villains brilliant and dangerous plot that supposedly threatens everything. Lucky for the audience, this plot seems so complex that they needed some comic relief. Thankfully, we see that Fro-zone is back along with the Incredibles and his sassy wife.

“Incredibles 2” is currently scheduled for July 13, 2018, with nearly all the original cast returning. Make sure to buy the tickets, because it is going to be incredible.
