Social media is starting to consume the lives of many teenagers. One app that seems to be very popular is Snapchat. Snapchat is an app that many teens and even adults enjoy using to keep connected with others through pictures and live stories. I went to the teachers of LHS to find out what their favorite Snapchat filter is. All the teachers had a similar reaction; they were not to sure how it worked or exactly what to do with it. After I gave them a small run down of what to do they all chose their favorite filter. Amy Eckart and Jodi Penn chose the cartoon glasses with freckles and leaves, Jennifer DuBois went with the fashionable 50s glam filter while Chris Lynde chose a grumpy face.
