Erick Struck, Offensive Coordinator

1. What made you want to coach at Lincoln?

I have known Coach Fredenburg for a long time as well as a lot of the other football coaches at Lincoln.  I’ve always had a lot of respect for them, and I also heard a lot of great things about the players and kids at Lincoln. Coach Fredenburg offered me the opportunity to be the Offensive Coordinator so I jumped at the chance.

2. What’s your favorite part of coaching?

The best part of coaching is the relationships you have with the players and coaches. It is so much fun to come to practice every day and be around everyone. 

3. How does your coaching style going to have an impact on the team?

I just hope that I can help put our kids in the best position to be successful every week and for them to have an opportunity to reach their individual and team goals. I hope we can score a lot of points!
