What made you want to coach at Lincoln?

I wanted to coach at Lincoln because it was an opportunity to be back in Sioux Falls and rebuild a competitive and successful program.

2. What’s your favorite part of coaching?

My favorite part of coaching is seeing the athletes every day and watching them grow as people and as athletes. I also really enjoy watching them enjoy themselves and have fun when on the court.

3. How does your coaching style going to have an impact on the team?

My coaching style is supportive with high expectations. The impact that it’s had on the team so far is that they don’t fear mistakes but they strive to be better for themselves and for each other.
