Game Day: Behind the Scenes

The crowd cheers, popcorn falls on the bleachers and the sound of basketball shoes squeak in the air. It’s game day at LHS. All of the fans in the crowd are here for one thing: to see an LHS win.  However, what they don’t see is how the players prepare for the game.

For some of the players, preparation for the game starts in the morning. Each player has a different way that they prepare themselves, mentally and physically, for each game. Here are a few ways LHS players prepare themselves for game day:
