After over a year of waiting, real estate junkies will be happy to discover that Netflix’s hit show “Selling Sunset” will be returning for its fourth season, premiering Nov. 24, 2021.

The reality show will continue to follow The Oppenheim Group, one of the most dominant brokerages in the Los Angeles area. The brokerage first opened in 1889 and has been in the Oppenheim family for five generations. Now, the agency has its own Netflix show and consists of seven agents and two owners who also act as brokers.

The same drama-loving cast will return this season, including Jason and Brett Oppenheim, Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Heather Rae Young, Amanza Smith, Christine Quinn, Maya Vander and Davina Potratz. It has also been rumored that even some new real estate agents will be joining the team.

“We have a lot of new girls…more than you know,” said Quinn in an episode of E! News’ Daily Pop.

Many fans think Vanessa Villela, best known for her appearances in various novela series, and Emma Hernan, model turned realtor, are the two agents Quinn was hinting at. While it is unclear if Villela has had any previous real estate experience, Hernan has been an employee at The Oppenheim Group for several years but is making her first appearance in front of the camera this season.

As for what season four will entail, it is a mixed bag. Of course, fans will still be able to marvel at the countless multimillion-dollar homes on the market, but as for the drama and rocky group dynamics, I guess we will have to wait and see. It is, however, likely that Jason Oppenheim and Stause will be awarded lots of screen time as the two confirmed they were dating back in July, following Stause’s very public divorce with Justin Hartley shown in season 3. Other news that will probably be featured in the show is Quinn and husband Christain Richard (who got married on season 3) welcoming their first baby boy after an emergency c-section. And finally, fans predict to see Young and “Flip or Flop” star, Tarek El Moussa, tie the knot in a fittingly glamorous wedding ceremony.

“Selling Sunset” is one of Netflix’s most popular reality shows, ranking in the top 10 most-watched on multiple occasions. With these stats and devoted fans, it’s a safe bet to say that season four will have similar success no matter what is in store.
