LHS Crossword – October ’22

The Statesman’s first ever LHS-themed crossword puzzle, inspired by the New York Times

Thompson Wakefield, Staff Writer

After playing The New York Times Crossword every morning for the last few years (note that I did not say “solving”), I concluded that, if the Statesman ever wants to be taken seriously on a global scale, we need our own crossword puzzle. Realizing that I did not have the mental capacity to make one with a pen and paper, I used a program that organized the puzzle based on the answers and clues I put in. These answers are attached at the bottom of the puzzle, placed upside down. Fair Warning: this puzzle was made with LHS students and staff in mind; parents and others who are not in LHS on a daily basis will have a much more difficult time completing this crossword.
