Breadico Sourdough Bread Company, a local bread and cafe company in Sioux Falls, has officially expanded downtown. The Sioux Falls downtown area is growing quickly, with new additions of restaurants, cafes and activities. With a new location and amazing sandwiches, there needs to be a review. With my expertise, I will be judging based on atmosphere, price and taste/quality.
Atmosphere 9.3/10
As you approach the building in which Breadico is located, you cannot help but take in the incredible views of the Big Sioux and the greenery. As you walk in, the simple and modern look of the cafe is breathtaking, with the constant crowd of people making it feel like a true cafe experience.
Price 7.9/10
I ordered a classic Italian turkey sandwich and an iced oat milk caramel latte. I also added a 15 percent tip, which added up to $22.37. I concluded that it is pretty expensive, but very reasonable for what I got and the quality of the food.
Taste 9.5/10
The coffee was perfect with an amazing taste, being not too sweet and having no bitterness. The coffee was fantastic. You can tell they have a high-quality caramel sweetener and a rich, creamy oat milk. The coffee had an astonishing aftertaste, so I would rate the coffee a 9.3/10.
The sandwich had an surprisingly, fresh, distinct taste, with the quality of turkey souring through the whole sandwich. The sandwich also had an unbeatable fresh sourdough bread, and an enhancement of a chia seed spread that made it perfectly fresh. The freshness of bread, turkey, lettuce and cheese is hard to beat. I would argue that it is one of the best sandwiches I have had in town. I could write love letters about the sandwich, making it a 9.8/10 in taste.
In conclusion, Cafe Breadico is a must-try and did not disappoint. It was a wonderful experience and worth the time, money and every last bite. This was the perfect addition to downtown and an amazing cafe, you all must try at least once!
