Makayla Hamm, Staff Writer
Makayla Hamm is a junior, first-year staff writer for the Statesman. Hamm can be found working shifts at Jimmy John’s, visiting various coffee shops and taking long drives around town. She is involved in MNHS, NEHS, LHS Softball, DECA, Patriot Pride and is the student advisor of the LHS Animal Service Association (ASA). Whether it’s getting a sweet treat or trying out a new cycling class, Hamm is the girl for you. When she graduates, Hamm hopes to live a comfortable life and make enough money to travel often and try new things.
