The return man; Harvin

The once NFL pro-bowler, Percy Harvin, is set to make his return back to the NFL soon, but not soon enough.

The former Viking, Seahawk, Jet and Bill is set to sign with the Bills for his second go around with the team coming up shortly. This news has come to some surprise to a lot of NFL fans mainly because his health; the reason that Harvin retired in the first place is because he has had terrible migraines throughout his career, forcing him to hang up the cleats. The question is, will he have the strength to push through the headaches and dizziness enough to play with some of the most elite athletes in the world?

After his college days at the University of Florida, Harvin went on to be drafted by the Minnesota Vikings as the 22 overall pick in the 2009 NFL draft. Right away, Harvin was explosive and a great weapon to the Vikings arsenal during a time of need. as he went further into his career, Harvin started to develop a trend of switching up teams and getting traded. He was said to be a bust, not because he was bad, but because he was projected to be so great and did not fulfill everyone’s hopes that he was going to be a legend.

With him being a top priority for some NFL teams out of college, Harvin’s career stats have shown that he was a disappointment. During his career he averaged only 11.5 yards receiving, 6.3 yards rushing and during kick returns he averaged 27.2 yards. What may look impressive to someone who does not watch football that much is really not impressive at all in many aspects of the game.

With the return, some wonder if he will be able to pick up his game more and help the team out, or will he be just a veteran presence with Super Bowl experience in the locker room to pump guys up? We will not know until the day comes that Harvin finally decides to lace up the cleats for Buffalo Bills.
