This May, Post Malone will be making a stop at the city to our south that shares half our name, Sioux City. Malone will be performing on the fourth, between his shows in Denver, CO and Bonner Springs, KS. Malone will also be touring with 21 Savage, who was featured on “Rockstar” Malone’s popular single released last September. This news has certainly caused a stir at LHS, with students trying to snatch up their tickets.

Senior Tommy Anderson was one of the students who dove into the process, and fought for tickets.

“It was a real challenge, I can’t even explain the process it took,” said Anderson. “We had to buy them the day they came out.”

The tickets were certainly quick to go. Some students have managed to buy their tickets, but others have not been so lucky, as the tickets sold out in presale. Sophomore Dylan Hanson did not manage to get his in time.

“I haven’t gotten my tickets yet but I’m still looking to get some,” said Hanson. “I’d be willing to pay around $70.”

The news of the tour along with a new song release, “Psycho” featuring Tory Lanez, has served to add coal to the flames of the Post Malone hype train. Malone is expected to release his sequel album “Beerbongs and Bentleys” soon as well, something that has been anticipated since December. With all of this going on, a second round of Malone mania will be sweeping through LHS.
