Ellie Boehrns is a senior and a second-year staff writer for the Statesman. You can find her either driving around town with a sweet drink in the cup holder, leading a sectional at colorguard practice or chugging a Bubbl’r in the library. Abby Anderson is a junior and a first-year staff writer for the Statesman. When Anderson is not forced to be at school, you can find her working at Breadico, spending quality time outside in the dirt or browsing the shelves at Barnes and Noble. She is rarely seen without her airpods in her ears and is always listening to one of her many playlists. Anderson enjoys many genres of music, but her favorites are folk, alternative and indie. She dreams about living somewhere rural, growing a massive garden, creating art and raising her own animals.
