They release new seasonal flavors now and then, with their current seasonal flavors being a lemon loaf matcha, a cherry-glaze cold brew and a cherry-glaze matcha.
The blondie matcha consists of a cold, sweet, non-grassy vanilla matcha that almost tastes like cake batter. If you enjoy vanilla, it is right up your alley. Whereas the cherry-glaze matcha is still relatively sweet, but it has the extra tartness of the cherry included, and the lemon loaf matcha is their classic sweeter version of matcha, but it contains the sourness of the lemon, making it zesty and cohesive. Overall, the flavors are fun and a great take on a sweeter version of your normal matcha.
For addicts of Blank Street, they offer a “regulars program,” a weekly subscription that allows members to get a drip/cold brew every two hours, along with $1 lattes.
