A backpack is not just something you wear that carries all of your school supplies. It is a reflection of who you are and your journey through life. It tells people a story about who you are before you even get to know them. It’s the silent companion that has been there throughout your whole high school experience. It holds not only your personal belongings, but your heart and soul.
North Face:
If you have a North Face backpack, you are the most basic and boring person. Especially if you have black. Now, if you have a color, then you are a little less boring, but still basic. This is the backpack every freshman gets to fit in. They aren’t even the best backpacks out there; they have little to no room. There are barely any pockets to fit all of your folders, notebooks, pens and pencils. Overall, you are a person who likes to stay in their comfort zone and doesn’t like to stand out.

Lululemon:
Now, if you have a Lululemon backpack, this means you are one basic white girl who has a consumerism problem. Every morning, you walk into class with either an Alani or Starbucks in hand that lasts until fourth period. You also never do any of your work in class and put every assignment on the back burner. Instead of focusing on school, you are focused on having the best clothes and looking like “that girl” while at school.

JanSport:
If you have a JanSport backpack, it means you are probably using the same backpack you have had since middle school. The water bottle pockets are all ripped up, and the zippers are jammed, but you make it work because you’re too cheap to buy a new one. Instead, you spend money on new clothes and eating out for lunch. You also have a bit of an edgy and mysterious vibe that all the girls/guys love.

Patagonia:
If you have a Patagonia backpack, it means you are trying to break the norm of having a North Face backpack. You want to be different and not blend in with everyone else. You also have a bit of an adventurous side. You enjoy hiking and getting outdoors, so you aren’t spending hours on your phone. You always get your school work done and ace every test. The teachers love you because you never give them a reason not to.
