Lucy Hennies is a sophomore and first-year staff writer for the Statesman. Hennies enjoys playing for the LHS softball team and is involved in MNHS, SNHS and Spike Ball Club. When she is not on the softball field, you can find her hanging out with friends, studying for AP chem or in the LHS student section. In the future, Hennies dreams of getting a very high-paying job to fuel her shopping addiction.

Julia Hedrick is a sophomore and first-year staff writer for the LHS Statesman. Hedrick is a girl's tennis state champion and when she is not playing tennis, you can catch her playing club volleyball. While Hedrick is not busy on the courts, she loves to be involved within LHS. She is a member of Best Buddies, Spike Ball Club, Uno Club and you can always count on her to be in the student section. In the future Hedrick hopes to go to college far, far away and enjoy life traveling the world.
