Maddox Raph, Staff Writer
Maddox Raph is a senior and a second-year staff writer for the Statesman at LHS. He enjoys watching his sports franchises succeed. He is also involved in LHS track and field in the spring and is a hall of famer at the Spring Creek Golf Club. You can usually find him listening to Heartbreak Drake, and he has a passion for lake activities, like fishing and jet skiing.
Katie Kroeze, Adviser
Katie Kroeze has been the Statesman adviser since 2013, started advising the Yearbook in 2017 and is a journalism junkie. She has her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Dakota, her master’s degree from Southwest Minnesota State University and is currently obtaining a doctorate degree at USD. Kroeze has on several occasions used painful, horrible puns in headlines and in her daily conversations, but she is convinced that it is a sign of intelligence.
