Easton Plourde, Staff Writer

Easton Plourde is a senior and a second-year staff writer for the Statesman. When Easton isn’t designing colorful pages for the Statesman, he can be seen eating various fatty snacks while watching Netflix in his basement and cuddling with his horse, also known as Brutus, his gigantic dog. Not only is Plourde involved in Statesman, he also invests his time into basketball and plays for the team at LHS. Plourde can be seen spending his weekends at Gilibertos with a strawberry churro.

Although the voices of many teachers and staff have not been heard, we can still make a difference and advocate with them. It is our responsibility to raise our voices with the teachers who want better rights for themselves and their students when they have not been granted these rights and to push for a raise in taxes, said Claire Conover.
