Avery Blackman, a senior at LHS, is an Entertainment Editor and a second-year staff writer for the Statesman. She can usually be found on the tennis court after school, casually hitting 300 mph serves. Blackman also enjoys taking long walks at night where she and her friends contemplate the meaning of life. She hopes to one day live in a New York City penthouse and have all of Wall Street under her thumb.
